We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 6th season of the 6am Breakfast Club, led by Coach Trevor Hanas and Coach Ryan Pfeiffer.
Combining over 40 years of collective coaching experience in Dallas hockey, Coach Hanas and Coach Pfeiffer have played pivotal roles in guiding local Dallas players to excel at the highest levels of the sport, including achievements in the US National Development Program, Major and Minor Jr leagues, Division 1 college hockey, and various professional levels such as the NHL.
With that said, the most important thing about The Breakfast Club IS NOT the focus on what leagues our children might or might not end up playing in one day. The program will concentrate on enhancing on-ice skills like improved edgework, hand coordination, speed, and fostering a team-oriented mindset with a priority on passing, its true value lies in cultivating positive habits that extend beyond the rink.
In essence, The Breakfast Club is tailored not for those who compromise on sleep by staying up late, but for individuals seeking to adopt a lifestyle centered around cultivating good habits. These habits have been reported to positively impact academic performance, dietary choices, and overall attitude, contributing to a holistic development of the players.
